About the Role

This is an incredible opportunity to kickstart your career in the embroidery industry. As an Embroidery Trainee, you will learn all aspects of embroidery production, from operating state-of-the-art machines to quality control and stock management.

Key responsibilities include

Learning Machine Operations: Training to set up, operate, and maintain embroidery machines.

Garment Preparation: Assisting with hooping, threading, and preparing garments for embroidery.

Quality Control: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet client specifications and quality standards.

Stock Management: Assisting with unpacking and organizing stock, cross-checking incoming items against packing lists.

Team Support: Working closely with experienced team members to ensure production runs smoothly.
